What is Knowledge management?
We believe Knowledge management is the way of how to maximize the ability of an organization's people to creating new knowledge and how to build environments conducive to knowledge sharing. The questions are "How do we maximize the knowledge created by our people? How do we create innovation enhancing environments?" In the end innovation is the only competitive advantage that companies have and it is much harder to do then investing in an IT-application.
